And We’re Back!

Hello, readers!

It has been awhile. I did not intend to take an extended hiatus from this site, but here we are. Life happens!

A lot has happened over the past year. I finished my MLIS degree, and got a job as a middle school librarian! I’ve struggled with the ups and downs of working in a school and district that are very different from my previous school and district. (The biggest culture shock: a much smaller library budget! I have spent a lot of time grant writing over the past year!) My last grandparent, my mother’s father, passed away in the fall. And the Coronavirus has changed all of our lives this spring.

I’ve been working on updating the Autism in Literature page, and I plan to stay more active and keep working on the rest of the site. Writing and curating are great stress relievers for me, so I am going to make sure I don’t let drop the ball around here again!

Thanks for reading, and you’ll see more of me soon!
